Australia Post

Since 2005 we have been a branding partner of eLetter Solutions, a key direct marketing arm of Australia Post. Over this time we have worked strategically with eLetter on positioning and implementing all their communications – culminating in the relaunch of their brand into the marketplace in 2009.

Through undertaking marketing, branding and naming strategy, we helped eLetter reposition their product offer and simplify their approach. Expressed through new communications including brochure and online, we worked closely with Post’s Brand HQ to offer a solution which was aligned with their stringent brand guidelines yet distinctive for eLetter.    

eLetter’s new brand strategy has further strengthened its position as an innovator and leader in the highly competitive landscape of direct marketing, now providing a clearer and more defined product offering.
