Our team at TANK play an active role in creating, organising and managing various initiatives within AGDA Victoria’s annual program – with a view to contributing to creating a world-class industry for our clients, colleagues, peers and people entering the industry through study.

The Beacon Foundation

The Beacon Foundation’s mission is to influence the attitudes and culture of Australians so that each young person develops an independent will to achieve personal success for themselves and their community. Through some innovative programs, Beacon connect with high school students and help solve youth unemployment issues as well as provide self-help initiatives at the community level. We have been offering our support to Beacon since 2007 and continue to offer mentorship, guidance and career information to the students within their fold.

Kiva

The simple idea of micro-finance is inspiring to us. It allows anybody from around the world to help another human being by loaning a very small amount which over time is paid back. We actively participate in supporting Kiva by providing micro-loans to entrepreneurs in across the globe. Kiva promotes dignity, accountability and transparency and believes that people are both generous and honest.
